Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very nice weather. Sunny and warm. I had a great morning walk and a dancing exercise 
Today, I will prepare a simple dish I learned from my mother It is a very easy one. You just have to fry the vegetables and sliced chicken breasts with garlic and onion. Then, pour a glass of water let the bean thread noodles soaked and soft to mix. Then, sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Let it fry for a while. Then, if the noodle is ok. You can serve it

Yes I love " sotanghon" but most of the time we prepare it as a kind of soup yes with chicken , pepper, green onions etc...
We are having a Korean Samgyeopsal dinner tonight, my eldest son would be cooking so we are getting the smokeless electric grill ready. We also have " siomai" or the Filipino version of the Chinese "shumai" or dumplings that we are still deciding if we will steam or fry. Me and my son would be having a few drinks cause we will be talking about some business matters.

I did try those noodles once but for me they were no good. They were sea kelp noodles. Look like that.

@m_audrey6788 I live in Indonesia and one of the most famous instant noodle brands here is Indomie. Maybe you can see review of people from various counties who eat indomie on youtube
