I know its crazy but in some parts of the world people are eating dinner, super etc. I have a meal planned for today for dinner and i like to plan ahead. Eating a good meal is essential to healthy living. does anyone have some good meal ideas for a family of 4? We are a pretty open minded family so are open to trying new foods. We have a ADHD sufferer and prediabetic and someone trying to loose some weight and someone who likes just about anything . Cocoanut cant be included as we have cocoanut elergies and nothing heavy SO.... In short we need food ideas for coming up meals

I usually plan my dinners each week but I've struggled recently! Most of the meals I make are suitable for weight loss, diabetes, and others as I base them on the guidance of 'Slimming World'. We have curries, Bolognese, stir fry, roast dinners, sausage and mash, and a variety of other simple meals like pork chops with noodles or steak and chips. It's often not the meals themselves that are healthy or unhealthy, but the choice/quality of ingredients and the way they're cooked. I use lean meats or meat alternatives. I don't add any fat or salt to anything - a lot of foods tastes good without adding anything, but I experiment with herbs and spices to get different flavours.

All I can offer is that a salmon dinner with veggies would be an ideal supper for most anyone I would think. Of course if you have someone that doesn't like fish you could opt for chicken perhaps. I like to keep supper simple.
