One of my favorite foods to eat

Shrimp is one of my favorite to eat even if it’s just cook simply. For today’s lunch I bought a serving of shrimps from the store that sells ready to eat food near at home. It’s always good to eat food that gave you satisfaction. You feel happy and contentment after even if it’s not so special but cook deliciously. Care to share your meal for the day? Thanks for reading and have a good day and night to all of you folks.

You are right. Eating our favorite foods make us feel good. We get those happy hormones. I had besan chilka ( pancake made with Bengal gram flour and loads of veggies) with green chutney ( sauce dip made from fresh coriander, mint, green chillies and garlic). Healthy and yummy.Quick to cook. Happy that all veggies were from my garden.

@ZedSmart It's actually yummy and very rich in protein as it is lentil based pancakes. Fresh harvest adds that freshness and flavours.

Wow! I wish I have the harvest like yours but you know anything we consume here is bought at the market before we can cook. The combination of spices sound good and healthy.

We used to get what are called king sized prawns but these days they are mostly seen in 5 star hotels.

@cacay1 we use to catch them at the pond back then in the province when we're fishing although not that big yet. They love to annoy you by playing the bait for the fish and sometimes they accidentally caught and of course we do not return the catch to the pond and later on we have a nice dish out of it.

Yes, some people are allergic from it. One time, I ate prawns and I felt itchy and there were rashes on my face but it only happens once.

I love shrimp as well although when we eat it here we don't eat any of the legs or anything like that. I didn't really eat dinner today. I had a big lunch. I did have an ice cream bar though.

Yes, those shells must be removed but i've heard that it's where most of the mineral is.. Ice cream bar sounds interesting for dessert.

Yes, sometimes they tend to be expensive especially if the supply is scarce. I treated my self with fries the other day but it's only dip in catsup.
