Oatmeal this morning

Yes, I am having old fashioned oats for breakfast, and some kind of leftovers for lunch.
We are beginning to have fall weather here. I am wearing long sleeves.
The nature of my job is pretty physical so mostly I stay warm at school.
The cats have not gone outside yet. Yesterday Angel wanted to follow me as I walked to where the bus picks me up. I have to watch her.

Instant is easy but it has less fiber, which I need.

Some days she is out all day. Other days she goes out for maybe an hour, then comes back in.

A cat I had before my present one would go out for hours and then finally come home. She always came home.

I was hoping for some oatmeal when I went to the Centre for breakfast today, but there was none. Had toast & jam, a hardboiled egg and a mandarin orange. And tea, always tea.
I'm wearing three-quarter lenth sleeves and capris, which I guess could be called three-quarter length pants.
It's 21°C and spitty (not quite spitting).

I love oatmeal and strawberry jam. Now oatmeal is my kittens favourite food I make it for them and they add ground meat and they love it,
