Day three of beef tongue and tonight's dinner

On Tuesday, I boiled some large beef tongue.
Hubby and I had it for dinner that night.
Had it yesterday as well.
I thought we were gonna finish it yesterday but there is still some tongue left over.
I will have it for lunch today.
Would have left it for dinner but there really isn't enough left over for two people.
For dinner, I am gonna make spaghetti rigati and boiled veal sausages that we are gonna eat with dijon mustard.
There are also Polish pickles and green pickled tomatoes to go with it

Hmmm... That may be quite tasty to put beef tongue on a pizza.
