Stitching for a friend

I just finished stitching this bookmark to be. I was wondering how everyone likes it or if they think it is too much. A friend of mine asked me to design and stitch a bookmark for her 16 year old granddaughter. The girl loves to read. So I designed this. It is a one of a kind. Today is sunny, humid and up in the high 80's today. No sitting in the screen room for me today. Even so, I can still watch Mother Nature through my front windows. It will be another day of stitching, writing, and selling online for me. What is your day looking like. Have a happy, healthy, and safe day whatever you are doing.

My day is doing good so far. We have a very nice weather. Sunny and cool air and will have a great evening walk later to enjoy the nice weather

I think the bookmark is lovely. Just posted an update. Yesterday we returned the minivan to the rental agency, picked up the mail and faxed some paperwork from the library.

I think it is a pretty bookmark. Our weather is cooler, though warmer weather is coming back next week. Going to go clean the church in a little while. Other than that, some work around home, perhaps some reading this afternoon.

My sister-in-law says the same thing along with "How on earth can you sit here and do this, it's so frustrating." I love it, it's a form of relaxation to me.

The bookmarks is beautiful. I haven't tried cross stitch yet, Im working on crochet/amigurumi. A lady I know made a beautiful ornaments on a crochet by adding cross stitch on top of it, very creative and unique. My day was good, I tried to take a video and write a review of a product I received from a company. I need to post the review on Monday.

@cacay1 I love the cooler months. Some people can adapt to the heat, I guess I am not one of them. Thank goodness for air conditioning.
