You would think for all the diets and such that I have tried throughout the years I would be toothpick thin. But alas, I am still not that size small girl I used to be. Lately I have been seeing all of these advertisements saying how their product is the best to help you lose weight virtually overnight. Wow, I thought give me some of that. Not!!! Has anyone tried any of these 1 pill a night, get your dream body wonder pills? It would be wonderful if they actually work the way they are said to work. I would love it. Has anyone tried those weight pills. If so, do they actually work? Have a happy, healthy, and safe day.

I've never use any pills because I'm not comfortable about it. I'm on LCHF lifestyle for 6 years now. I think there's no magic pill on losing weight. It has to do with a transformation in your life and your dream body will follow.

I am with you, there isn't any such thing as a magic pill.

@cacay1 That's very true my beautiful friend. Wow! You are very sexy at 55 kg, LOL I'm 58kg but my clothes are small and medium. In the UK I normally fit size 10 and 12.

Growing taller would probably work better than most diets.

@celticeagle If only it were possible. But then if you grew taller every time you gained weight you wouldn't be able to walk through a doorway without knocking your head.

It seems to be the consensus that they are not a good thing to get involved with.

I haven't tried anything like that but I can't believe they would work. For me, it's better (more carefully) and exercise more. It's never easy though to lose weight.

I don't think weight pills work. I would have to be 8 feet tall to be thin at my weight! lol

@LindaOhioThat height sounds right for me too. But then I would have to be buying new clothes all the time.

I’ve never tried any diet pills. It would be awesome if one really worked without harming us.

It would be awesome. I don't really see how one could work they way they say. Maybe one day.

I don’t believe in pills. Diet and exercise work for me. They say don’t take in more calories than you can burn. Difficult, but true.

It is true and it is hard. I take enough pills prescribed by my doctors to want to take and extra one.

I tried the slimquick for women ones years ago and I lost 14lbs in 6 weeks. But then wasn't losing anymore. Even with also doing the treadmill here and there so i stopped. I've lost 55-60lbs the last 10ish months just by walking on treadmill, walking outside, portioning, and not eating from stress.

I would be afraid to take them. I don't believe that much weight lose in such a short amount of time is healthy.
