Apple Peanut Butter Snack Dinner

Not hungry for dinner this evening. So I decided on a red delicious apple with peanut butter.
It was both healthy and delicious. The apple was a little sweet and the peanut butter offset the sweetness. Perfect combination.
Many times I don't feel hungry and will have an apple or banana. Have a good evening everyone.

Somebody told me never to eat apple at night. When i asked why, he couldn’t explain it to me. He simply said that his parents told him not to. And then i found out that people who want to quit coffee would eat apple. It helps in keeping people awake. I think that’s why i was told not to eat it at night.

I had never heard that before but I just looked it up and found this blog post, which seems to be fairly reputable. That's useful to know as I often struggle with sleepiness when driving so I'll have to pack a couple of apples. Also we have several apple trees but no coffee plantation!

You inspired me - I was feeling peckish and thinking I would have a peanut butter and banana sandwich, but instead I had bread with peanut butter and apple slices on the side. Very tasty, and we have a basket of apples here needing to be eaten!
