These few days, in humid and hot weather, waiting for rain to pour, we put air cond almost all the time. In office they put max wind to get room cold, even it packed with people working. But when we are our of building, those heat stroke us again. This make our body uneasy. I had stiff neck and shoulder due to this AC winds. I give many massages but it only help a while. The best massages for my stiff neck and shoulder is this one : warm pad. This pad keep warm for 12 hours, so it help reduce my stiffness. They also have a hot ones, but usually i just use the 'warm one'. Do you have similar warm pad and using it as well?

But we had no choice, weather is really hot. Just stand still, after 1 hour, you will be sweating a lot, if not use AC

We have those but I can't use them. Whatever is in the pad leaves burns like I've been out in the sun too long. They hurt. I hope you're feeling better now.

@Vree0937 Oh! We have an electric warm pad. I was talking about the chemical ones that stick to you until you remove it. Even after the pad itself is removed, the chemicals from it keep burning me until I wash them off.

salonpas has no zip on top, so usually the balance will lost its heatness after a while. This brand come with ziplock. But I still use salonpas for big size ones, or Tiger
