I started work early today, 6:30. Currently in the office and not too many visitors this morning unlike yesterday so i can mylot a bit.
Visited the house construction site yesterday and i took this photo from where the dining room is going to be. I can see the mountains and that’s going to be a nice view but i could also see my neighbors roof. The upstairs bedrooms will have the best view of the river and the mountains and the sunset.
There’s been a bit of delay again due to the bad weather last week and hope this week, the weather would cooperate so the masons could work on the second floor uninterrupted.

Even with the neighbors' roof being in the way, it's still a gorgeous view. So I can only imagine how great it's going to be when the second floor is finished.

True. I can’t wait to see the sun set from there in the summer.

@toniganzon Is this a house for your family, or are you building it for someone else to live in?

@allknowing there will be a garden. Plants will be surrounding the house. And there will be a lanai area. I will only be there every weekend. Just a weekend home.

The second floor has the best view. And sunset in the summer there would be perfect. oh and i could walk to the river when we move there. But it’s just going to be our weekend home.

It’s not being repaired. It’s a new house construction.

Not really surrounded. That’s the back view of the house. The front view is just a road and the back of the government office.
