Blood pressure

Few days ago, I feel trembled in some parts of my body. Immediately I know that i am not good, so i pick up my blood pressure Tensimeter and check it out. The result i had a very low diastolic (54). Immediately I ate 2 fried eggs and drink high protein milk to regain. After a while, my tremble already start to reduce. Have you got experience on a low or high blood pressure?

No, I dont have a blood pressure-related issue but I am diabetic, and when my blood sugar gets low my legs start trembling.

My father is diabetic, so I am careful not to follow his path. How to increase your blood sugar if you're diabetic?

Yes. I fainted once when my blood pressure suddenly dropped at work. They had to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I didn't have fun. The doctors couldn't figure out why my blood pressure dropped like that. My normal blood pressure is normally too high. I have to take meds to keep my blood pressure around the normal range now. I hope your doctor figured out what caused your blood pressure to drop like that.

@Vree0937 I bet I'm older than you. If I didn't have doctors to help me with my problems, I'd be gone.

@DaddyEvil Yeah, I understand, both my parents are in and out hospital as they suffer illness even in age younger than mine now. Most of times, I takecare of them

@Daddyevil Fyi, I am skinny as skeleton, and when I was young, I rarely eat cos busy working. I think that the cause of my blood pressure. Then I start to eat a lot in my 30s until now. But since I start vegetarian menu, it start to drop again. Now is better, I already now how to balance my menu. I did not bother to see doctors, unless is really painful. As I know how to handle my blood pressure, then I just control it my self. I do not like doctors!

I suffer from anemia and my blood pressure is often 90/60. I feel weak and had been to the hospital on many occasions for blood transfusion

@Vree0937 my body can't store iron and whenever my haemoglobin falls below the normal range it affects my BP too. I am a special fibre diet

Oh I never been charge to hospital even when it as low as 50. I just manage it by take rest and eat a good food. Do take a healthy food time to time. it helps a lot

The only time I had a problem with blood pressure is when I was pregnant with my second child. It was very high and I was taken to hospital. Other than that It has been fine.
