The RAIN is too HEAVY

Today, we are experiencing a strong typhoon all day long and it will be until tomorrow. The name of the typhoon is "Maring." I am behaving like a child because of the coldness of the day. Not for a second. I want to sleep but need to work online. I usually sleep past midnight every day.
How do you behave in cold weather?
What time do you go to bed every day?

@Shavkat I like the winter in my hometown in the south of Northeast China. It is not as cold as the north of Northeast China, nor as cold and humid as the south.

As long as I'm in the house, I don't notice because the house is the same temp all year round. Outside, because of the storms all night, it is a cool morning. (16C) And we have more storms coming.
