Special Visit in the Garden Earlier

After coffee this morning I visited Dustin's garden. The blooms are still covered in bumble bees and now butterflies. Grabbed my phone and snapped many photos and videos. This is one of three monarch butterflies I saw. They are one of my favorites. Yesterday I watched them until sunset. Amazing to see them this late in the season. Special times in the garden once again. Thanks to Dustin. Photo is mine.

I did not want to leave the garden. Only a few steps from the deck. I will go back again to visit shortly.

It is late season, but it is good that they are still about. Summer is still hanging on here too, even though there is the occasional hint at what season it actually is.

@CarolDM It seems to have a twinge or two of autumn, then summer pushes back against it. At this rate, I sort of expect that it won't be until late October or early November until it actually fully feels like autumn here.
