Debt Ceiling Raised!!

The debt ceiling was lifted here in the US of A at approximately 6:30 this evening. Until the next big debate on December 3. Then we will face this same cliff hanger. They should start figuring ways to save money now! So they won't have to take on so much debt later! All this is nerve wrecking! Hope things can be a smoother process next time!!

You are so right, instead of lifting the debt ceiling, they should stop wasting money.

@db20747 In the past decades almost every president asked to rise the debt ceiling. Better to do something before to risk a default.

My country is heavily indebted. Instead of looking for news ways to earn revenue they just keep on borrowing
