I hadn´t made this jam for several years. It takes a lot of work and now I´m into easy things.
But after I bought a delicious but very small and expensive jar of French orange jam, I decided that I´d make my grandma´s recipe even if I had to do it in several steps so that I could sit for moments.
Now the orange juice is there, the orange peel is sliced thinly and the carrots are cooked.
I have to mix all of it and add sugar. And stir and wait. So I will do this later on and will take a little nap now. I didn´t do it before.
I´m sure that is will be delicious and it will cost me next to nothing. It is still orange season here.

It is. But buying a small amount of jam is too expensive. I like the best brands.

It sounds very delicious, My mom used to get fresh lingonberries every autumn and she made the best jam from them,

I don´t know what a lingonberry is. I´ll check it now online.
