Yes, I am always finding something. This time I was looking at people who had birthdays today(Wednesday, October 20, 2021). I recognized Granpa Jones right away. He was an actor and banjo player for more than fifty years early in television and radio too I think. He was on Hee Haw for years and was around from 1913 until 1998. Born in Kentucky he was seen on The Jonathan Winters Show in 1968 and that got the ball running. He started on Hee Haw in 1968 and was on it until 1993. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1978. In 1998 he died of complications due to a series of strokes. Check him out on YouTube:

Well, today (Thursday 21) was my grandmother's birthday, born in 1890.

He was. I was watching a video on YouTube where he was on some tv show and the string broke. He adlibbed while fixing it and then went back to playing.
