Whats for dinner? October 25 / myLot

What is going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm trying a new recipe: Roast Achiote Citrus Chicken from the Mesa Mexicana cookbook by Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger. (aka "Too Hot Tamales") To go with it I have leftover jasmine rice and roasted baby carrots. That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Sounds fabulous! Beef stew in the crockpot here with a bit of habanero pepper from my garden.

@NJChicaa I used one so far, and it wasn’t bad at all. My son’s girlfriend’s brother used several of mine on a shish kebab and ate the entire pepper, seeds and all. He had to leave the table for 15 minutes

For lunch I had a homemade biscuit/plum jam, a slice of chicken and a cinnamon cookie. Coffee on the side. For supper, I'm still thinking about what I'll fix. Jay might go hunting today, if the rain stops. Then, it will be only me eating and something different on the menu. Possibly pink salmon, I purchased this a couple days ago.
