Mahjongg Dimensions

Swagbucks has this free game called Mahjongg Dimensions. You have to click on matching pairs of Mahjongg cubes to remove them. Once all the cubes are removed you move on to the next level. The catch is that there is a timer—I think it starts at 5:50—that counts down, so you have to be super fast in removing all the pieces. If you haven't cleared everything in a level before the time is up you lose and have to start over from level 1. I've been playing this game for a long time now and I cannot get past level 3.
I think they should give us way more than 5:50 on the timer to play the game.
Even though I cannot get past level 3, I still continue to play. I love this game! It's fun, slightly challenging, and I get 2 SB (points) per game for playing it. Downside is that I can only earn 10 SB maximum in a given day and not every game wins me the 2 SB.

@lovebuglena Mine are not pre-installed. I actually purchased the discs and installed them myself.

I don’t think I have any games pre installed on my laptop. Hubby has mahjongg on his. Used to love that one.

I like the game hubby has on his computer. In that game, the mahjong pieces are laid out in different shapes (spider, turtle, etc.) and you get to clear them. You decide which shape you wanna play. There is no time limit or timer for the game though. You play until there are no more moves left or you clear the board.

@lovebuglena the one I play has shapes to choose and I like the turtle which I do most often, When I get done if I manage to get all the tiles off I get a hand of applause lol

Oh. Had no idea there are only three levels. I've never passed the third one. For me the first time I play I win nothing and the second time I play I win 2 SB. If I play a third time I don't win but if I play a fourth time I do.

@lovebuglena That's how it works. Just smentioning if you win the third level, it's over.
The secret is be really fast on the first two levels, to gain a few seconds. The fact that I've won, probably just shows I've played way too much

I have a lot of Mahjongg games on the computer but haven't played them in a long time. I no longer like to play timed games. I stick to the untimed ones or the easy modes on my games.

Timed games can be more fun, however, in this case, the time they give is too little. I wonder what the highest level is that anyone ever got to in this game.

@lovebuglena Now that I'm older, the timed games are too stressful for me.

I get they want to make the game challenging, but when the rewards aren't really worth it, guarenteed or max out, then it would drive more people away.

That may very well be true. What I've found so far is if I play many games in a row the first game I play doesn't give me SB, 2nd one does, 3rd doesn't, 4th does... It's like I earn every other game.

Also, the 10 SB maximum is for all the free games combined. There are two more games besides this one. I thought perhaps it is 10 SB for each game you can earn a day. But no. Earned 10 SB on one game but tried playing another and never got SB. It's 10 SB per day total all games combined is what it seems like.

There are three of them there. Besides this one, there is a solitaire game and then one (forgot its name) where you have to clear identical tiles that fall down.

I don't think I have any games at all on my computer. Hubby has some games on his though and mahjong is one of them. I sometimes used to play his. I enjoyed it.
