A wonderful potato salad for lunch.

I´m cooking some potatoes and an egg. I´ll make an awesome potato salad with diced dill pickles and homemade mayo. I am not much interested in eating anything else but maybe I will change my mind. I had a luttuce sandwich in the morning so I don´t really need mor salad. What would you add to it?

I must make some potato salad soon too. I love it. I sometimes add some hot pepper flakes to potato salad but it is not for everyones taste.

Diced celery, some mustard and apple cider vinegar. I don't put pickles in my potato salad.

I would add nothing as you already add the eggs.
