Whats for dinner? November 4

Whats going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I have a piece of top round steak that I don't want to make braciole with so I'm doing beef stroganoff. I can't find the recipe for it but I've made it enough times that I should be able to do it on the fly. I will have it over buttered egg noodles. Yum! Thats what is happening here. I love beef stroganoff over noodles! Tonight I'm eating alone. I had marinated chicken thigh, baked potato and green bean casserole. It was good!

Beef stroganoff is delicious and one of my favorites, and one of those dishes I can do "on the fly" as well. But tonight I am still stuck in a hotel. Thinking of just grabbing an Impossible Whopper at Burger King. I know it is not meat, but I have already eaten enough crap since Tuesday.
