META AND FACEBOOK

When I found out that Facebook changed to Meta, it wasn't really a problem, but I remember when all social media from Facebook (like WhatApp, Instagram, Facebook) had problems at the same time, what do you think about this social media monopoly system?

I couldn't give a flying fig about social media and indeed ant monopoly it might incorporate.
So I don't use it.
Who really cares about a name change
It's still Facebook.

Facebooks own Instagram, WhatsApp, and I think there was one more but can't recall. Not sure what the name change to Meta actually does. The Facebook site is still called Facebook.

I do not like the idea of a monopoly of social media since the power that the leaders have will turn them into monsters who will try to end free speech.

@hamin6 That is true since that denying that a sports star is the best ever is one way to get me in trouble on social media.

At first, I thought it was Facebook's name that they were changing. I didn't like the name. It's not as catchy as the name facebook is. Now I know it's just the company not the platform. I'm glad that I don't have to say I posted on Meta.

Seriously, I don't really care. It is just a name. Facebook can put its name Care Bears and it is still up to them. Well, for communication technology like WhatsApp, it is quite vital to keep it updated and all. Instagram is more to social network so it is not that big of a deal. In my opinion, that is.

It's okay as long as you can use them very well . I'm still using facebook apps because it's useful for my everyday chats :)
