Sending best wishes and thank you to those of you that have served in the armed forces in the United States. Today is Veteran's Day in the United States.
Just found out that the appraisal went well on the other house -- no problems. It should be smooth sailing until the closing on November 23. Thanks for all the positive thoughts and crossed fingers and prayers!
Nothing much going on here. Hubs has a routine doctor's appointment today. One thing -- during his last visit with his cardiologist he found out that his heart is in Afib again (irregular/fast heartbeat). The doctor said that unless it bothers him, he doesn't need to have another shock treatment to the heart. Would appreciate any prayers, positive thoughts, etc. that he doesn't need to have that done again.
The temperature is going to be near 70 today (21.1 Celsius) and will drop to 40 (4.4 Celsius) tomorrow! But then we will recover into the 50s (10 Celsius). We are getting a major break in the weather. It could be s**wing by now!
What's going on with you? Getting ready for Thanksgiving (US residents)?

It is a wonderful and warm day here.
I raked the leaves and cleaned the pathway in the garden before turning off the water. No more gardening for some weeks. I have an irregular/fast heartbeat since I was born, the doctor told me that it's nothing dangerous.

I'm glad your afib isn't dangerous. Hubs has had levels of over 200 beats per minute on several occasions and had to be shocked back into rhythm. He wants to avoid having that done if at all possible.

@LindaOHio 200 beats per minute is dangerous, I never reached 200, often over 110, a few times 150, I only need to keep quiet for a while.

@LadyDuck We are hoping that he doesn't have to have his heart shocked anytime soon. I find that so dangerous.

He's had heartbeats of over 200 per minute and has been shocked several times. He wants to avoid having that done at all costs!!!

Love the photo.
I’ve enjoyed the nice weather, but the rain and the wind have arrived. So I think I’ll go get my haircut and go take a nap.
Don’t forget to take Hubs to Red Lobster for some free Veterans Day stuff!!!!

Glad you enjoyed the photo. We have been very lucky so far this year. No s**w as yet. Hubs had a doctor's appointment and didn't get to any of the Veterans Day freebies.
