My husband has been in the hospital for a week.

My husband started out a week ago last Friday with not being able to walk,but then he has MS, so we thought it was a flare up of that, nothing to worry about. I went and rented a wheelchair, but as Saturday rolled around it got worse and the started not being able to talk even. And at 5:00 am Sunday, he was completely non-communicative, so I called an ambulance. We spent the day in the Emergency Room, but then they transferred him to the Internal Medicine department giving him lots of anti-biotics intraveniously. He was able to talk a bit, but now is back to being non-communicative. Today is the Big Doctor visit, so I am drinking my coffee and I will go back to the hospital.

I am now at the hospital, he can open his eyes a little bit and turn his head when I say his name. The attending doctor saw this and said it was an improvement. He is not responding otherwise, and is not talking.
