Whats for dinner? November 17

What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I am making butternut squash risotto with a recipe from my Cook's Illustrated cookbook. (one of my faves!) I had a craving for it last week and I'm finally getting around to making it. I will roast some green beans to go with it. That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

Butternut squash risotto sounds delicious. I'm having a pork chop, baked potato and roasted cauliflower
