In fact the thoughts came a few days back. Yet sharing now.
Aren't there a number of things that look so ironical or contrasting in life and some big dilemmas like :
1.There are Rich and Powerful folks showing that they are protesting for the poor folks, and the really poor folks are either unaware of the protests or ignore!
2.People with lesser money often want to migrate to better countries but somehow those with a bigger bank balance or acquired financial capabilities end up in those better countries.
3.When we have good money, we often lack wisdom but when we get wiser, we are short of money for many things.
4.As in 3, there are more things for which we lack wisdom in youth, and well we get wiser when the age is not so supportive!
5.Companies want polished and experienced folks with certain skills.
And when the employees within that company ask to be trained on those skills, they get a big NO. Not sure if it is irony or Dilemma though.......
6.The upper Rich folks get tax cuts, incentives and Loan waivers. The Poor folks get "Free" things and subsidies.
And well the Middle we.... well we don't count as if the Kings sleep when they get to count towards the middle!!
Well.... perhaps too long!!
Have a nice day!

Here, there were proposals to give some additional Tax Credits or benefits like discounted fares on airport lounges and some other similar places.
But who wants to let go off the Cash Cows !!

Yes and many Financial agents keep on calling Middle class folks for tax saving calls.
So many calls and spamming even with Do - not - Disturb Telecom rules.
A big topic by itself!

I totally agree with you. The plight of taxpayers in our country..we are just a handful taking care of all. Freebies are never helpful in long run. But politicians have this safe bet to stay in power in present
And the recent happenings in our country due to senseless protest definitely upsets the sensible ones. I hope it's not the precedent.

I know about the protest you are talking about.
I can talk a lot about them. Yet I know that many on the social media are so polarized that it would become kind of an inflammable topic!.
So I steer clear.
However I am bewildered that how come Ultra Rich with automated shoe polish machines and seemingly foreign funding can be the so called messiahs of the poor!!
What an eye wash!.
Plus so much stubbornness and insensitivity.

Yes poor and illiterate folks support their cause, not the educated one.

Middle class lacks unity.
If by chance all of the middle class unites, things would change radically!

I can totally understand the part on training. I have been through this. My previous company had the required resources to train us rather than recruiting externally. But, still they pursued with the external recruitment which is demotivating for the employees

Managers ignore the request for such trainings and even if they do not, someone up in the command does.

Yes and I have had disagreements at times with folks who follow rigid practices.
They might brag about being flexible, but during crunch time, they disregard any flexibility.

Some employers can be totally insensitive.
Some are only partially!

The disparity of the haves and the have-nots has been an age old dilemma. But it is what it is. The way of the world. If there is rich, there's poor. If there is black, there's white. If there is tall, there's small. In a way, that balances the way life is.
Yes, migration, too, is as old as age perhaps. Abraham migrated from Ur, as our God instructed. Today, man is still in search of the land of milk and honey.
As for me, am living life as simply and enjoying every minute of it.
A good day to you!

Very well said. We might look calm outside but there is a basic inner turbulence.
The ironies and dilemmas of the life are here to stay!!

Yes Mother Teresa was a unique person.
She came to a land alien for her and served the poor and abandoned people.
Even small steps on our behalf like avoiding food wastage, giving respect to those not so well off and recycling things do make a difference.
