It was time to get another tank of gas for my car, so on my way to Costco (cheapest gas around here), I noticed the local Chevron station had regular at $3.89 a gallon. I filled mine at Costco for $3.31 a gallon, so I saved a bit.
Yesterday was sunny and mild until about 6 PM, when we had a downpour of rain again. We have showers today not to cold at 50 F (10 C) with near freezing over night.
No need to go anywhere today, so am doing some cleaning, since my daughter will be here Thursday. Tomorrow, I'm picking up some Vegan dishes she ordered at Whole Foods.
I'm hoping that all who celebrate have a great and safe Thanksgiving!

I think that we have rain predicted here for Friday.

@JamesHxstatic - I hope that you, Anne and your daughter have a lovely Thanksgiving. It is so nice that Whole Foods sells vegan options. We have so many different eating preferences and allergies to deal with in our family, I am always thrilled when I can find premade dishes that satisfy them!

@JamesHxstatic - Yes, it's a big family, and always a challenge to feed them all, and please them all, at the same time. We have one vegan, two who cannot handle glutton, a couple who are lactose intolerant, my husband has his kidney diet restrictions, and there are always a few who are trying to lose weight. Feeding them is a nightmare ... we can't even do something simple like spaghetti and meatballs when we all get together! 
My husband has his ups and downs. Some days are better than others. I hope he makes it through the holidays without overdoing it. Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you..3.31 isn't bad for gas..it is 3.29 here in most places. Going away for Tgiving but not leaving until the day of, since the traffic is better and we can hopefully get there in about 5 hours.

Ah Thanksgiving
Our American chums have invited us over on Thursday at 3pm
I have been warned not to eat prior to that.
Proper Aberdeen Angus Rib Roast.
They have 4kg of it lol
And both are Gin drinkers
Oh god yes please.
Thursday cannot come.quick enough.
