Hello every one, Hope all of you are doing good. Now a days online shopping is more popular and what I felt, which is more convenient. Usually I buy things from flipkart or amazon. Both sites served me better. Recently I downloaded and app ( I do not want to share the name here) for online shopping. Honestly I am very much disappointed with their products. First I bought one, it was not good so I returned that item. One more time I decided to check my luck, sadly second time it was more disappointing. This time I have not returned but decided to keep the same. However, I uninstalled the app from my mobile. What is your online shopping experiences on webpages / apps?

EBay China I heard for the first time that Jingdong Mall and Suning Tesco are my favorite online shopping platforms. I like websites that can ensure quality and good after-sales service.

Good to see you after so long. I stick to few online stores like Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. I hardly visit others. Except for once, most of my experience was good.

@arunima25 How is your work going on? Have you started offline work completely? Regarding shopping, yes online shopping is easy and time saving. Most of them delivery it quickly too.

@Sreekala Even I am not so regular here. I would say that though I am regular here but not too active. Just a few minutes here and there. Good to see you here. I rely on online shopping for most things. It was so much before the pandemic. I found it convenient and time-saving.

I am also buying from flipkart and amazon. Once I got one defected item from flipkart. than I return back to them. Except it I have not any problem with both. Why you decide to keep bad item?

I decided to keep the same, first I ordered and got a large size and colour was also different. So I returned it then this was my second order, I did not feel to do the same thing again and again. Since I am not satisfied twice it is better to avoid that shop.

@anil02 Exactly, when there are plenty of shops available then why we waste our time on those sites.

I will choose different applications according to what I need to buy. Each application has its own characteristics. If it is a household appliance, I will choose Suning Tesco. The product quality control here is relatively strict. If it is some small household things, such as clothes racks and shelves, I will choose Taobao because the things here are cheaper. If I want to buy a better dress, I will go to the brand store instead of online shopping. ??

I think in case of dress, we can't trust online shop blindly. At the same time Flipkart kept their mark upto the level so far with dresses.

I don't buy food from online sites. Pretty and I do buy some things from Amazon, though, when we need them and can't find them in a local store. We usually have good luck with Amazon.
