Dale Marks who lives in Des Moines Iowa is grateful that a neighbor named Bob Coffey who is a contractor found out that Dale was ill after suffering two strokes earlier this year after he contracted along with his wife Julie contracted COVID-19.
Even though Julie made a full recovery from her illness, Dale was not able to work on the Christmas light works this year.
When Bob found out about the trouble that Dale was going through thanks to the local media reports, he volunteered to hang the Christmas lights with the help of four of his employees to put up the Christmas in the middle of November so that the Marks residence would have Christmas lights on their block like all of their neighbors this year.
This story is kind of bittersweet since Dale is not able to talk due to the effects of the second stroke. However he and his wife are very grateful that Bob who goes by the nickname "Bob The Builder" came to assist him this year.
Bob is hoping that his good deed will be repaid in the future. It will since karma works on anyone who does good deeds for others always works.

I am sure that Bob was not thinking about good karma returning to him as a result of his kind deed though.
His reward must have come from what he had done, and from the smiles on both Dale and Julie's faces, if the stroke still allows Dale to smile, but his heart would be smiling from such a nice touching of it too.

I'm sorry to hear about Bob. Dale and his employees definitely brought some Christmas cheer.

The same here since it is scary to be felled by a stroke.

I am sure that Bob will be repaid in the future for his kind work fixing up the home of Dale and Julie Marks since karma never fails to reward persons who assist others in need.
