My Dinner is Full of Carbohydrates / myLot

Tonight I ate instant noodles plus a mountain of rice. All of them are high in carbohydrates. We used to eat instant noodles like this. I just finished eating it. My stomach immediately distended like it was about to explode.

Stay away from instant things. Full of chemical preservatives. Try to go organic and follow your traditional foods.

I usually don't prefer to have rice during the night time. But sometimes I do have.

@Faster16 yess I am !! I love trying new recipes from all around the world, as long as I have the ingredients. I don't think I can find green noodles tho, I may have to replace them with regular ones. does this meal have a name ?
