I have been sleeping all day. / myLot

Those pills that the doctor gave me might not take my stress out. But they are certainly sleeping pills. I have been sleeping all day, in spite of only taking a half of a pill a day and only at night. Fortunatly Juanita, my faithful washing machine, doesn´t have stress problems. This morning I washed all whites, woke up only to take them to the sun and now Juanita is washing some jeans and pants that I´ll put away until next winter. I´ll eat something (I just made some polenta for lunch) and then back to bed. See you after hibernating

Sometimes sleep is the best stress reliever. Your body needs it to recharge in a sense.

@marguicha The doctor gave those muscle relaxant to my husband, but he had to stop them. One morning I could not wake him up, I was scared.

@marguicha My mother was a horrible cook; but she made polenta with fried pork chops. She'd pour the fat and brown pieces over the polenta. A heart attack waiting to happen!
