It's Secret Santa time again....

Not really sure how this started in this country but for several years now lots of workplaces do a secret Santa …..for those who don't know …. this is where you put all the names of the people who work there into a hat and everyone takes out a name. The name you take out is the person you have to buy a gift for. I quite like this ...it is a bit of fun and we put a spending limit on it so it makes it fair . Luckily this year I have picked the name of my friend so I know what to get for her. It gets tricky when you have new members of staff who don't really know the person they are buying for ...and cant ask anyone as its supposed to be all done in secret. Is this something that you do ?

We have been doing this last few years in our office. Its complicated when you get names of people you hardly know. Difficult to choose a gift in such a case.

We used to do this at work and it was a lot of fun. Sometimes you'd do little things for them leading up to Christmas - leave a chocolate bar on their desk or whatever.

I played the secret Santa when I was working. We set a maximum amount of money to spend. I loved it. We opened the gifts during a Christmas party we had at work.

Never heard of that but it sounds so fun !! It also can help make new friends at work.

Not really, I think there are no restrictions on the size of the prize
