It has been weeks and months that the local people do art work on the streets in Baguio City, Philippines. They usually do this every Sunday and the roads are being closed. With this situation, it looks like a new normal city. However, health protocols are still being imposed. In fact, no facial shields are worn now. Is your city starting to embrace the new normal situation?
