Good day to you all, hope your Sunday goes well,
I was taking a look at some news stories this morning and I just read this one and I have to say I am not surprised.
Seems Jeff Bezos was too busy yesterday to worry about his employees that were killed or injured in the warehouse collapse. I guess his Blue Origins space flight was more important than if his employees were alive. Getting 6 people into space is more interesting to him than 6 random warehouse workers dying in Edwardsville, Illinois at his warehouse there.
Just goes to show us how much he cares about the people that make him so rich. We have a big Amazon warehouse not too far from where I live, and people talk about how bad it is to work there. The management doesn’t care about the workers and that the turnover over of employees is constant. I guess that comes from the top down.
Bezos tweeted out in the morning about his rocket and how the crew was so happy about the launch. It wasn’t till hours later that he tweeted, "The news from Edwardsville is tragic. We're heartbroken over the loss of our teammates there, and our thoughts and prayers are with their families and loved ones." Teammates? Really? If they were teammates why was he not there earlier? With all his money I think he could have afforded to fly there and be there with his support.
My guess is he is more worried about how much this is going to cost him to rebuild his building than he is worried about his “teammates”. What a total piece of crap he is.
This also makes me wonder where is Biden on all of this? Has he visited any of the affected areas? Is he sending support to the areas?

Never been a fan of Bezos ever. Or Elon Musk. People are just commodities to them, to be used up and spit out.
