December 27 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's a good day. The sun is shining and it's not melting my snow. 
I'm thankful for waking this morning to a blanket of snow. The trees looked awesome in their winter finery.
I'm thankful for getting in touch with Social Security. If you read my last post, you know I talked to a real person and got everything taken care of.
I'm thankful I got the new insurance benefit card activated for January first. The benefits are better than last year.
I'm thankful for getting the notifications finished early this afternoon. Seeing how you're doing after the Christmas holidays makes me happy.
I'm thankful for the work I did on Where Eagles Soar. If I have that one ready to publish next year, it will be a miracle. I don't know when it happened, how it happened, or why it happened, but all my text is mashed together. No paragraphs, no quotes ", no apostrophes '. It's a lot of fun to get this one sorted out. I think looking at early 2023 for publishing this one is more accurate, but I'll know more as I get deeper into the manuscript. I might think about publishing another one first. We'll see.
I'm thankful for leftovers. I finished off a couple more today.

I am thankful that my print cartridge came in the mail today, the garbage was picked up today and I am able to start a new week working on surveys for Branded Surveys and Quick Reward Surveys.

I am thankful that I received books for Christmas from my husband. They are your published books, "Stowaway" and "Manifest Destiny". I am looking forward to reading them soon.
I am thankful for everything especially since I am doing well and healthy. Take care.

That is wonderful! Did you read Scarred? It's the first in the series. I hope you like them. They can be read separately, but they all go together.

That's cool. You got a lot accomplished. Sometimes I don't understand formatting and how it can act up. I hope you get more snow to enjoy. I'll happily enjoy it from pictures, thanks.

I don't have a problem driving in it, usually. I did have my accident a few weeks ago, but I wasn't hurt and the car wasn't damaged.

Glad you were able to talk with someone at the Social Security office and got things straightened out. It can be frustrating when things are in limbo.
That is going to take a lot of work getting what work you have done on Where Eagle Soar into paragraphs with the proper punctuation and such. Good luck to you.
I am thankful for a quiet day at home. After being around people the past several days it was nice just to be the two of us again. I am not a fan of being around people all the time.

We got a blanket of about four inches last night. Jay went to Saginaw anyway, for tests at the VA hospital. He should be home soon, most of the tests were negative. It has been a nice day:)
