My Husband's Christmas Gift Arrived Today

I got my husband an order from Omaha Steaks for Christmas. I didn't want him to know what it was in advance so I made sure to order it so that it would arrive after Christmas. On Christmas morning he opened a gift bag that had a magazine advertisement for Omaha Steaks with a list of what he would be getting as a gift that would arrive on Tuesday.
He seems very excited about all of this good food which includes filet mignon and rib-eye steaks.
I gave up eating beef 2 years ago but there's no reason he should have to.
Do you eat beef? Have you ever ordered anything from Omaha Steaks?

@Rashnag You have never eaten beef? That's probably a good thing. I don't think it is very healthy.

I do eat beef and haven't had an Omaha steak on a few years. I do remember them being delicious especially on the grill.
I'm sure your husband will enjoy his steaks.

I eat beef, but not a whole lot. Never tried Omaha steaks.

@marlina I used to eat it and liked it, especially prime rib. I miss it a bit but just now and then.

@thelme55 You can't buy Omaha Steaks at supermarkets. It is an online company, a bit on the expensive side. But he's worth it.

I eat beef, and I ordered from Omaha steaks years ago. I wasn't that impressed honestly, but I hope hubby enjoys, too bad it was late..

That's a sweet gift for you to give to him.
We don't have Omaha Steaks here, but we do order our beef by the hind quarter so always have alot of various cuts of beef, including steaks, in our deep freezer. Buying our beef this way lasts us about a year depending on the size of the animal.

@kouponkaren How very sweet and thoughtful of you to order Omaha Steaks for your hubby. Especially as you do not eat these yourself! Yes, our son and grandson love these. But I don't.

I do eat beef sometimes, but I have not ordered anything from Omaha Steaks. I want to see the meat before I buy it.
