I have avocados to make guacamole but they don´t want that. The hummus is made (cane out delicious) And I´ll also take an eggplant pickle.

Here, they might serve hummous with carrot and celery sticks but also small florets of cauliflower. Hope you work something out.

I would use carrot sticks. Pita bread would add carbohydrates.
