Sweet Potato, Butter & Cinnamon Sugar

Another favorite for dinner. A baked sweet potato. Butter, cinnamon and sugar was added. Yep, I am having this again, as some of you might be saying. When you have no appetite, you eat whatever is easy. And it will be enjoyed. By the way, brown sugar is good on these potatoes instead of the cinnamon if you prefer. Wishing you all a good evening. I add the cinnamon - I'll bet the butter and sugar add to the wonderful flavor, but for those of us who don't need the extra calories, (or are diabetic and shouldn't add sugar) its nice to know you can enjoy with just the spice itself
