Liver Issues?

Did you know that our liver may give us some warning signs when there is a problem? It's true and they can be red palms, itchy skin, sleep problems, memory issues, fatigue, the disappearance of an appetite, or bruising easily. Now, these things may come on because of a change in the season or just be a temporary issue. But, if any of them come on out of nowhere and stay too long you should probably see medical attention. The is one of your body's largest organs and it does a lot for your health. It converts nutrients so your body can utilize them. It also makes sure toxins are flushed out of our bodies. When it isn't working correctly the above list of issues can begin. Take care of your liver by drinking enough water and eating plenty of fruit and vegetables.

Reducing anything fatty from your diet is a good way to improve liver health. No butter, no fatty meat, less red meat, even potatoe chips are too greasy.

Greasy is not good. I try to live by the rule of everything in moderation. This is because I know there are some things I love that aren't good for me.

@celticeagle It would make things easier if medical scientists could all agree on how much water we need to consume.

Not good. There is a app you can get that helps you drink more water.

I don't get many fruit and vegetables either. Can't afford them. I think iced tea is a good one instead of water. At least it has water in it.

You are right! Drinking water as soon as you wake up replenishes all our organs.
