What Keeps You Motivated???????

January 8, 2022 11:34am CST
With all of the pressures of todays world, What keeps you motivated? For me some times, I like to do my selfcare, which includes, bubble baths to walks in nature. If thats not really available, I go to the park. I listen to motivational speakers. I sit and talk to my kids and there dreams. I write my goals out. But this is a new year and I want to try new things to keep me motivated and on top of my game.

@Naughty22 you should try it! It has been suck a good time. Yes it’s a bit of a workout but I see different ladies different body types everyone I’ve meet and talked to have been supper sweet. Us ladies just not care about anything and being in the moment. Tonight I have chair class which is supper fun I do it with my mom. Last week I couldn’t go because I was sick and just to tired to do it.

@ShyBear88 Hey C, I have thought about that, was kinda shy on the idea. But now, I think why not! Is it expensive to get into?

Discovering new things and trying them motivates me. It could be anything. It's important to find the little things in life to provide you with happiness and appreciate them. I just discovered some podcasts I really enjoy listening to. It adds additional pleasure to my day, and I learn something.

@Naughty22 I'm a history buff, so anything related to that interests me. Also, documentary pieces to learn about someone who made an accomplishment to society. Right now, I'm listening to stories of the American West. Specifically, the events that led up to the native American tribes defeating Custer's troops at the Little Big Horn. I've listened to stories about various western legends like Buffalo Bill, Wild Bill Cody, and Wyatt Earp. Do you have a specific craft you enjoy doing? My mom enjoyed many among them painting, knitting and making beaded angels. She did not pass the arts talent onto me, lol, but I admire those with the ability to do so.

I guess I am motivated by wanting to survive, and also thrive. I am also motivated to learn and teach others what I know.
