I am the type of person that if I get woke and have to get up and use the bathroom, I can't go back to sleep. Which happens often around here. My daughter's common law husband tends to play video games very late and sometimes all night long. Then gets mad if he looses and yells at the screen like it's real and they can hear him. It just happened.Two in the morning. Do you have someone in your house that cusses at games like they can hear them and continues to play the same one? I love playing games myself but I do it to relax and enjoy. If a game makes me mad or agitates me, I quit playing that one. Duh. I was in such a nice dream and not in pain. Can't afford to loose sleep. I loose to much already.

@askme123 not much. She hangs out and either watches him or sleeps by him playing. Sometimes she moves to the front room and watches tv or sleeps on the couch in there

I don't live with someone like that. But my husband has a nephew who shouts in the middle of the night maybe 1or 2am if he loses in a game, waking up his grandma. i cannot afford to live with someone like that.

I could not sleep between 1 and 2 during the night and I am already up now at 5:00 A.M.

yes it does make it worse for me that I have always struggled with insomnia and now all my aging pains etc. so I see you understand that other things waking you does not help a thing.
