Awesome Gnocchi!

My mother always made gnocchi when I lived at home. She never taught me how. But fortunately, the local Dollar Tree sells gnocchi occasionally. The Dollar Tree gnocchi does take forever to float to the top of the boiling water. But, for $1.00 a package? Why complain? With this video, the sauce he used for the gnocchi was awesome! We always had gnocchi with homemade spaghetti sauce. His idea was bacon, garlic, cream, spinach, etc. In other words a white sauce. Very different. I give this a 5-star rating!
