Yesterday there was an earthquake in the city where I live. The crowds are panicking, while the rainy season is still going on until now. So this weekend my family and I are at home. And today our dinner menu is quail egg satay and chicken intestine satay, and also chicken liver satay. It feels so good. Have you ever eaten quail satay, or something made from quail eggs? Or have you ever eaten chicken intestine satay and chicken rampella satay? Image is mine

I haven't tried these dishes. Quail eggs would be very small.

Yes, these quail eggs are indeed small, and are arranged on a bamboo stick that has been cut into small pieces, as shown in this picture.

I wonder how chicken intestines look like. Don't know if I ever had them. I think I've tried a satay dish but cannot remember exactly what it was.

You can cook chicken intestines at your own home. First, clean the chicken intestine, by splitting it or removing the chicken manure in it. Once clean, you can cook the chicken intestines with spices. It feels so good.

Yes thank you. I'm sure you've also eaten this quail egg satay, as well as intestine satay and this chicken liver and rampella satay. Usually when you eat chicken porridge there is always satay like this.

Sate means, quail eggs that have been cooked with spices, then arranged by sticking them into the bamboo wood that has been cut into pieces, as shown in this picture. The quail eggs are neatly arranged on a wooden skewer.
