A great part of my country has a tsunami alert.

Whe volcano eruption in Tonga means that many countries have to be in alert as there could be tsunamies. My country is a long a thin country. In one side it has the Andes mountains (with volcanoes of its own) and in the other side there´s the Pacific Ocean. That means that whenever there´s an earthquake elsewhere near the Pacific Ocean or whenever there is a volcano in any place of the world (such as Tonga now), big waves can reach our beaches and coast line. This is specially dangerous at this time of the year because many people are in summer vacation in the beach. The radio and TV and monitoring this but so many people are stubborn. Let us hope that they behave now.
