What's for dinner? January 18

What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am making a smashed cheeseburger on a toasted potato roll. The recipe comes from Alex Guaranaschelli's cookbook "Old School Comfort Food". It is actually for a DOUBLE burger but I can't eat that much. I will make a second burger though to have for dinner tomorrow or another night. To go with will be a handful of onion rings. No veg tonight because I had a lots of them in my salad this afternoon for lunch.
That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!
P.S. Today is Tuesday so our beloved Fredo ( @amadeo ) would be having fish, rice, and vegetables with his husband if he was still here with us.

I wish I knew. I am more into thinking about tomorrow´s lunch because FINALLY I will have a maid once a week. I want to treat her like a princess so that she cleans well the floors and all the things I can´t do.

Your smashed burger certainly sounds good. I love burgers.
We had breaded chicken cutlets, baked potatoes and carrots last night.

I had two pieces of leftover pizza. YUM! No Meals on Wheels because everyone is still digging out of the s**w.
