Alyssa Carson, also known by the call sign "Blueberry" was the first person to ever complete the "NASA Passport Program" having visited all fourteen(14) NASA visitor centers in nine states. Having gotten interested in space since the age of three she is now 20 and wants to be the first person to land on Mars. She also went to Huntsville, Alabama to Space Camp Turkey and she was the only American at this international space camp.
Allysa knows that becoming an astronaut is a competitive field and understands the hard work involved as she needs some work experience as well as a master's degree. Out of about 18,000 applicants(90% are males), only 12-20 are selected.

I don't think they are doing manned missions to mars. I know of at least one moon landing, but still.

I don't think I'd want to go to Mars. I'd miss my friends and family back on Earth.

@DaddyEvil .......They'd have to go with me. I don't think mine would want to stay here on earth without me anyway.

@celticeagle I'm not sure how anyone would be willing to leave their friends and family without seeing/talking with them ever again. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Not for me I am much too much an anxious person and cannot even imagine myself flying up to the moon, I hope she is successful.
