The Universe Did Not Agree With Me Today

Good day fellow myLotters.
Today, I wanted to get a couple of things done but the universe had other plans.
Woke up early to get my booster shot. Spent two hours linin gup only to find out that they do not accept walk-ins. Strike 1. Left my name and contact number so the vaccination team can register me in the program.
No biggie. Since I was up already and the banks are open, I decided to just go to the bank, pay off my credit card bill and withdraw some cash. Guess what. The bank was not only closed, the two ATMs in the bank were not working. Strikes 2 and 3.
After that i decided to jus go home, have a hearty meal, and sleep the rest of the day.

The city is under level 3 lockdown so not all establishments are open. Some banks are open, others are not.

@RubyHawk good for you.
The bank near my place is open now. As expected, there were a lot of people so the only thing I managed to do earlier was withdraw some cash from the ATM. Even outside the bank, there were a lot of people.

@allen0187 Okay. Our bank was under lockdown last year but the ATM were open. As far as I know nothing is under lockdown here at this time. Don’t know how long that will last.

Yesterday I had a good day. Went to Costco, and enjoyed myself trotting around there, also bought new items which was fun. I also hit Walmart for some essentials as well as Lidl. I tried to minimize my time in those two places though. Everybody has days like what you described. It is not fun.

Let me see... It was 37F (2.7C) when I fixed my breakfast this morning and the temperature is dropping. Then it started to rain. My daughter told me last night we needed groceries but didn't tell me that until after the store was closed. (We'd just been to the store to pick up our prescription meds that afternoon. Why couldn't she tell me then we needed something?) It's below freezing now and the rain is freezing as it hits the ground. It's suppose to reach 5F (-15C) by late this afternoon and snow should start falling by then.
My day is just wonderful. I hope you enjoyed your nap.

Ouch day for you! 
Sometimes such thing happens where you want to complete all your tasks . For that you list them and take action. But for some reason things doesn't go your way. It's okay, don't let it spoil your remaining mood.
I went to drop my sister for her interview, when she came a bit unhappy. So I am guessing It didn't went like she planned. I don't ask or advise her on it as she end up crying 
Then I did my working hours. Now I am planning to spend 1 hour here. After that I will go for nap

Actually, slept a lot yesterday. Slept at a little past 11am and woke up at 5pm. Felt rested.
