Issues with Swagbacks when using mobile phone

I don't know why that is but lately whenever I go to Swagbucks using my iPhone the site doesn't work normally. I cannot click on the search bar, the menu, or the dropdown menu where my total SB is displayed. And when I go to the magic receipts page nothing loads. All I get is an empty page. That is very frustrating as I upload all my store receipts through the mobile website. Thankfully, I found another way to upload store receipts without going to the magic receipts main page. If I click on one of the grocery items I am taken to that item's page and it has the upload receipt button. However, I should be able to do it directly from the magic receipts main page. Wonder why it comes up empty when it loads. Today, I tried to upload everyday receipts. That's usually on the survey page but it was not there today so I could not upload my everyday receipt. That hasn't happened to me before. I logged onto the site on my laptop and it wasn't there either. Wonder why it disappeared. Will have to try again tomorrow or maybe later today.

The site or the app could be experincing bugs. It's a real pain, I know.

@lovebuglena I know, but bugs tend to crop up where you least expect them. An update might fix it.

@kaylachan would be great if I could update my iOS but not enough room on my phone for that. Not sure if that would fix the issue though.

I think your main problem is that you use a POS iPhone... Of course, that's my opinion. Pretty scans our receipts into her laptop with our scanner and uploads them that way. *shrug*

I’m thinking maybe it’s because I haven’t upgraded my iOS in a long time. Not enough room on my phone to do that. And iPhones are not POS.

I don’t have a scanner so I’d have to take a pic with my phone and then email it to myself, download it from the email, and then upload. Don’t wanna do that.

I hope it straightens out for you and you get a normal working app, I have been having problems verifying myself on Survey Junkie and then they sent me a paper check for verification and now I have to go to my bank tomorrow to cash a simple $7 check so afterwards I can go through PayPal and that is also a pain in the neck,

@lovebuglena believe it or not that I am who I say I am something like that I cashed the check to day and let them know about it then see what happens this is the only survey site that has had this problem for me,

@lovebuglena well that was easier for you I had to walk to my bank to cash the $7 check into my account now if they don't verify me you know I am going to get very angry with them

That is weird. Why do you need to cash a check? What are they verifying?

I wish I knew what the problem is. Wonder if the everyday receipts thing no longer exists.
