Question: 'Is my mom still roaming around the house?'

I sound silly with this question since it was my mom's question before when my old man died. Seriously, I started to wonder if the dead ones are still with us spiritually. As far I could remember, I answered her back that my father is our angel in life when she was still alive. Now, both of them are. "Life is too short, right?" I just missing my mom. This is a personal question. We all have the choice to believe. I choose to believe their souls stay around. I know this one from experience.

With your personal opinionated statements, I also have the same beliefs.

I believe that some people still stay here on Earth with us and others "move on" to another place. I've seen and talked with ghosts before... There is a ghost that lives in the house Pretty and I live in now. Pretty says she can't see the ghost but I see her every once in a while. (The ghost sits on my bed sometimes while I'm asleep and walks out through my closed bedroom door after I wake up.)

That's spooky! I had seen some white ladies as we call them here and a ghost boy during my childhood years. I got curious when you talk to them, do they say a word or two? My third eye is not open yet, but someone told me that it will in time. It means I can also talk and see them up close in the future.

@Shavkat I talk to them but they don't say anything back to me. Sometimes a ghost will show me something or do something I ask them to do, though. A few days ago the ghost here was standing in a corner of the kitchen watching me chop veggies for something Pretty and I were going to cook. When Pretty walked into the kitchen, she disappeared. I think she doesn't like Pretty.

@Shavkat No, the two I've seen and talked to looked like someone you'd meet/see on the street except for their clothes being from the time they passed away. The woman in our house is wearing a nice dress from around 1940, to the best that I can tell. The man who lived in another house we lived in had passed away a few years before we moved in there, so looked like what I'd expect one of my friends to be wearing.

I like to think our loved ones are always with us, even if they can't be physically.

I think they sometimes stay. They can also find ways to let you know sometimes.

When our loved ones leave the earth and enter heaven, they DO watch over their family members:) It's written in the Bible, which is God's holy word written to mankind! They are more alive now, than ever before:)

I agree with you. They are in a better place now. It continues their lives without suffering or pain.

@kobesbuddy I agree. Now, they do not need to deal with or witness this pandemic.

@Shavkat And when they're on earth, so much worry and dangers lurking everywhere imaginable!

Personally, I dont think so. What is left are but memories. It's heartbraking. But then again, we too shall go in time.

I do agree that we can still keep the memories with them. Even if they do not say anything when talking with them in the air, I can still imagine how will they react to my queries sometimes. They are still alive deep in my heart. @yoalldudes

They might still be around because they might feel your sadness and longing foe them. But l think you should slowly let them go because they deserved to be where they are supposed to be. It might take a whole getting used to it but I think it’s proper for them to be in a place where they can find peace.

@Shavkat Letting go is the hard part of all of this. I had lost my mom 9 years ago but I still have this feeling from time to time missing her and wanting to let her be back with us. I guess you cannot totally eradicate them in your life. You may at times get used to the feeling that they are no longer around but the longing for them will always stay with you.

@rsa101 I knew the fact that I am going to be used to not seeing her soon. When my old man passed away, it became my habit to talk with him from time to time. I guess I will also do the same thing with my mom.

I do agree with you. My mom and dad knew that all their children are strong in all aspects of life. But then, family matters are our weakness part. I am sure both of them are proud of us in all directions. They raised us well.

I believe that their spirit stays with us, they know what happens, because my father came into my dreams to tell me that Mom was sick and needed immediate attention.

My younger sister and I dreamed about her lately. I do agree that they knew what happened. My old man usually goes to my dream if there is something going to happen.

I am sure it wouldn't be my mom if experiencing bad paranormal activities in the house.
