Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 23 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. That is WAY too cold for me!
I couldn't bring myself to get out of bed this morning when the alarm went off. . . so I didn't. 
I decided to just take the day off. I didn't wind up falling back asleep but I also didn't have that sense of dread about going in to work. The cats were happy to stay snuggled up with me for an extra couple of hours.
No plans for the day (obviously) until a tutoring session at 2:45 pm. I think I'll soak in the bath tub with a book for awhile. Why not?
What's everyone else up to today?

Aren’t y’all supposed to have a blizzard this weekend? 
I went to the dermatologist this morning. I have a nuclear stress test in cardiology next Monday, then I’m through with doctors for a month and a half!!!!!
After lunch I’m going to go stand on a street corner and beg for money to help pay for my home improvement project. 
(Just kidding, the company has an 18 months same as cash offer, making the payments quite manageable.)

@NJChicaa Oh she is 'waiting' on the company she is working with on scheduling issues...uh huh..always an excuse. The law here is 24 hrs and heat must be fixed. But if I push it..they have the option to kick us out..even if it would be against the law..unless I have money and lawyers and time to do this while trying to stay off the streets, then it is futile Chicaa..I know you understand.

It was minus 2 when I got up. I would love to see 23 for a starting temp right now.

It's sunny here at about 20 degrees. My day will be busy as the dogs are getting groomed and I have to drop the car off for it's inspection. Fingers crossed we don't get a big storm for the weekend.

It was 16 yesterday. BUT we are getting a break in the weather next week; and some of that white crap will melt. Stay safe and warm this weekend.
