I Go For My Second Opinion Tomorrow

A few weeks ago I wrote about how my oncologist wants me to go on Prolia for low bone density (Osteopenia). This condition was most likely brought on by the medication I am taking for breast cancer. I don't want to start Prolia and am going for a second opinion to see if a different oncologist can give me some other ideas.
If I like this oncologist, I will switch to him for the next 3 years that I have to be followed by this type of doctor. My current oncologist is pushing me to go on Lexapro for anxiety and argues with me about things. Yuck.
So tomorrow's appointment is 2-fold. I hope I like him. I am looking forward to firing my
oncologist. I will let you know how it works out.

@wolfgirl569 Thanks. I will need it. I always get a bit nervous meeting doctors for the first time.

@JudyEv You are so right and especially when it comes to something as serious as cancer. It's not like I just broke a toe or something! I love the new doctor and just posted about my experience.
